About Sophia Webster

British luxury accessories designer Sophia Webster founded her eponymous label in 2012. A graduate from the distinguished Cordwainers College and The Royal College of Art, Sophia debuted her first collection for Spring/Summer 2013, becoming internationally renowned for combining feminine design with a sophisticated approach.

As part of the reopening of our in-store events, we have taken the following precautions to ensure the safety of our members and our team.

• All customers must wear face masks at all times.
• Our Showcase team are equipped with face coverings.
• Travel light as coats and bags must be checked in.
• We are restricting the number of customers in the store at any one time.
• We request a 1 metre gap is maintained at all times and avoid unnecessary contact.
• Hand sanitising stations are at the store entrance, exit & throughout the store.
• Shopping baskets will be sanitised between slots.
• Frequently touched areas are regularly disinfected including all surfaces.
• We have adapted in store operations such as closed fitting rooms, limiting the number of tills and guard protection screens between till points.
• All till areas are sanitised after use.

Please note:

• • Early entry will not be allowed. Please do not queue before your allocated time.
  • You will be allowed 1 hr inside to browse and shop and purchase so do give yourself plenty of time.
  • You will be asked to leave once your hourly time slot is up.
  • No re-admittance is allowed.
  • If you arrive less than 15 minutes before the end of your timeslot, you will not be guaranteed entry.
  • No refunds or exchanges. All items sold as seen. Please check prior to purchase.
  • All coats/bags to be checked into the cloakroom on arrival and items are stored at your own risk.
  • £2 cash entry fee donated to charity.
  • No food/drink is allowed in the event.
  • No photography or filming is allowed.
