The online store will only be accessible once the sale starts, and access will cease when the sale ends. You can access at anytime, as many times, while the sale is running.

Your Concierge will inform you of upcoming sales in your monthly newsletter.

The sale announcements will contain links to your exclusive Showcase events. Just login with your Concierge x Showcase member account, book the event and access the online store to shop.

Showcase will process and ship orders once the sale event has completed. This can take from 5 to 30 days but our members can confirm it’s worth the wait for the savings!
