Tickets will be approved by Tory Burch – any unauthorised tickets will be cancelled and you will not be permitted entry.
Your ticket will be emailed within 15 minutes of booking. Check your Junk / Spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive less than 30 minutes before your time slot ends.​
Please have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned at the entrance.​
All purchases must be completed within your time slot.​
Only one person can enter per booking.​
Travel light – all coats, jackets, blazers and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.​
No food or drinks are allowed at the event.​
Prams are not allowed on the shop floor.​
