Digbeth is a stone’s throw from Birmingham City Centre, just a ten minute stroll to the Bullring, with plenty of transport connections and more on the way.

Parking: If you drive in to Digbeth, you can park your car at any of these car parks:

Cyclists: bike parking can be found in the centre of Custard Factory.

All Showcase members are required to follow our House Rules. We ask that you  familiarise yourself with our key policies before you visit.

For this event, please note there are no fitting rooms available. You must have a valid ticket to enter, with one ticket required per guest. Entry is only allowed at your booked time slot, and the last entry is 30 minutes before closing. All items are sold as seen, and there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Coats, bags, and blazers must be checked into the cloakroom, and no food, drink or prams are allowed inside.
