  • Please register using your Bally email address.
  • This event is strictly invite-only.
  • Tickets will be approved by Bally  – any unauthorised tickets will be cancelled
  • Your ticket will be emailed within 15 minutes. Check your Junk / Spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
  • Please bring a bag for your purchases.
  • Please arrive at the start time shown on your ticket.
  • Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive less than 30 minutes before your timeslot ends.
  • Please have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned at the entrance.
  • All purchases must be completed within your timeslot.
  • Only one person can enter per booking.
  • Travel light – all coats, jackets, blazers and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
  • Fitting rooms are available. Please note, these are communal.
  • No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
  • Strollers are not allowed on the shop floor.
