IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please register using your Bally email address.
- This event is strictly invite-only.
- Tickets will be approved by Bally – any unauthorised tickets will be cancelled
- Your ticket will be emailed within 15 minutes. Check your Junk / Spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
- Please bring a bag for your purchases.
- Please arrive at the start time shown on your ticket.
- Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive less than 30 minutes before your timeslot ends.
- Please have your ticket barcode ready to be scanned at the entrance.
- All purchases must be completed within your timeslot.
- Only one person can enter per booking.
- Travel light – all coats, jackets, blazers and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
- Fitting rooms are available. Please note, these are communal.
- No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
- Strollers are not allowed on the shop floor.
