Smart Works is a UK-based charity empowering women into employment through high‑quality interview clothing and one‑to‑one coaching. By helping women succeed at interviews, secure roles and build lasting confidence, we ensure that any woman who needs our support can access it. We champion the transformative impact of gaining confidence, opportunity and clothing as part of wider support into employment.

• Please arrive at the start time shown on your ticket.
• Last entry is 30 minutes before the end of your booking — you will not be admitted if you arrive with less than 30 minutes remaining in your slot.
• Doors will close 30 minutes before the store closes.
• All members must leave at the end of their booking or by the store closing time.
• No re-admittance is allowed.
• Showcase reserves the right to refuse entry.
• You must have a valid ticket to enter this event — each guest will require their own ticket.
• Travel light — all coats, jackets, blazers, and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
• There is an entrance fee of £2 for Showcase, which is donated to charity.
• Photography and filming in store are not permitted.
• No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
• Prams and strollers are not allowed on the shop floor, but may be left at the entrance, cloakroom, or outside the store.
• No refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as seen.
