McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr. Alexander McQueen is distinctive for an expression of individuality, subversive strength and raw power. With a design studio and atelier based in London, the house is known for uncompromising quality and creative vision.

• Please arrive at the start time shown on your ticket.
• Photography and filming in-store are strictly prohibited. All phones must be checked into the cloakroom.
• Last entry is 30 minutes before the end of your booking — you will not be admitted if you arrive with less than 30 minutes remaining in your slot.
• Doors will close 30 minutes before the store closes.
• All members must leave at the end of their booking or by the store closing time.
• No re-admittance is allowed.
• One transaction per customer – purchase limits will apply.
• You must have a valid ticket to enter this event — each guest will require their own ticket.
• Travel light — all coats, jackets, blazers, and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
• There is an entrance fee of £2 for Showcase, which is donated to charity.
• No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
• Prams and strollers are not allowed on the shop floor, but may be left at the entrance, cloakroom, or outside the store.
• No refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as seen.
• Card payments only; all major cards accepted.
