SALE CONDITIONS

Garrard will be shipping the orders directly. We will share your order information with them to facilitate this.

Orders under £800 will have un-insured and insured shipping options. Orders over £800 will only have insured shipping. Insurance is charged at 1.5% of the total order value in addition to the £10.50 shipping fee. Insurance is only for the shipping of your order, it is not a product warranty.

In the event of missing or damaged deliveries all claims must be submitted within 30 days with photographic evidence to customer care. If damaged, all original merchandise and packaging must be retained on location for potential inspection.

Please note that each piece of Garrard jewellery is hand crafted, and all stones used are cut and polished from natural stones. As such no two pieces will be identical. Natural inclusions, marks and small imperfections should be expected. These aspects are part of the beauty of genuine stones and show the individual nature of the bespoke craftsmanship in each piece. They do not constitute a faulty product.
