RETURNS

To enable us to offer the highest possible discounts on our sales and attract the most exclusive brands partners, we have to adhere to a strict returns policy.

Our stock bundles often include promotion / genuine sample stock which may have been pre worn on the catwalk or pre used in an advertising campaign etc. All merchandise available for sale will be quality inspected and any damage / faults will be noted on the each of the items for sale.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are offered if an item purchased is materially faulty beyond the description listed on the sale. As above, please check for specific comments made against each product before adding it to your basket.

For all other returns, a store credit to the value of the purchase (not including shipping costs) will be offered provided the return request criteria is met.

For all return requests the following criteria must be met:

  1. The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order
  2. The return must arrive at Showcase within 14 days of making the request for return
  3. All items must be returned in the same condition as sold (e.g. unworn if sold as new)

Please be aware that due to distance selling regulations there are some goods which can not be returned because you have changed your mind about the goods, even within the minimum legal return period. These include earrings, underwear, tailor made and personalised goods.

We reserve the right to cancel the membership and access of members who do not adhere to our Showcase Club Rules at any time.

Our policy applies to membership eligibility only and in no way affects your consumer rights.
