• All items are sold as seen. Please make sure you are happy with your purchases before you check-out at our tills as no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• All furniture will be sold assembled. There will not be the resources to dismantle furniture on-site.
• Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments or giftcards.
• Orders will need to be collected, same-day or you will need to book a collection timeslot between 10am – 5pm between 23^th – 26^th May.
• Any items that are purchased for collection on 23rd – 26^th May must be collected within the allocated timeslot. If you do not collect your order, your order will be cancelled, and you will be charged 25% of the items total.
• Alternatively, if using the onsite Delivery Partner, your delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Delivery Partner. Showcase and Neptune are not responsible for delivery of any orders purchased at this event.
• Early entry will not be allowed due to limited parking availability. Please arrive at the time of your booking.
• You will be asked to leave when your timeslot ends, so do give yourself plenty of time.
• If you arrive less than 30 minutes before the end of your timeslot, you will not be guaranteed entry.
• There is an entry fee of £2 cash or £3 card, donated to charity.
• All purchases are strictly for personal consumption only. Our commitment to brands is to ensure that we do not allow members to resell products and as such Showcase isn’t to be used as a platform for resale.
• We reserve the right to refuse sale to any customer.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove customers from the venue.
• No food or drink is allowed into our events to protect the stock.
• Due to the nature of Sample Sales, prices may fluctuate, and Showcase reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
• Showcase reserves the right to refuse sales and/or revoke membership to any member if any of the Showcase club rules are not adhered to.
