• Doors will close 30 minutes before the store closes.
• All members must leave at the end of their booking or by the store closing time.
• No re-admittance is allowed.
• Showcase reserves the right to refuse entry.
• You must have a valid ticket to enter this event — each guest will require their own ticket.
• Travel light — all coats, jackets, blazers, and bags must be checked into our cloakroom.
• There is an entrance fee of £2 for Showcase, which is donated to charity.
• Photography and filming in store are not permitted.
• No food or drinks are allowed at the event.
• Prams and strollers are not allowed on the shop floor, but may be left at the entrance, cloakroom, or outside the store.
• No refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as seen.
