As part of the reopening of our in-store events, we have taken the following precautions to ensure the safety of our members and our team.
- All customers must wear face masks at all times.
- Our Showcase & Next Big Thing team are equipped with face coverings.
- We are restricting the number of customers in the store at any one time.
- We request a 1 metre gap is maintained at all times and avoid unnecessary contact.
- Hand sanitising stations are at the store entrance, exit & throughout the store.
- Frequently touched areas are regularly disinfected including all surfaces.
- We have adapted in store operations such as closed fitting rooms, limiting the number of tills and guard protection screens between till points.
- All till areas are sanitised after use.

- All coats/bags to be checked into the cloakroom on arrival and items are stored at your own risk.
- £2 cash entry fee donated to charity.
- No food/drink is allowed in the event.
